Order Cancellation; Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Options

Every Enwolt purchase comes with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Here's how it works:

A. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

B. Cancellation After Shipping or Refusal of Delivery

If your order has already shipped, please contact us at info@enwoltbikes.com before taking any action. Our support team will provide you with the exact return costs and guide you through the process. If you refuse the delivery, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping-associated costs.

C. Change of Mind Return (Within 30 Days, “As New” Condition)

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@enwoltbikes.com and our team will provide you with the exact return shipping costs. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics costs.

D. Used or Non-Original Packaging (Within 30 Days)

If the product has been used or is not in its original packaging, we will still accept returns within 30 days of receipt. A return shipping fee and a condition-based restocking fee of 20–30% will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return transit — the buyer is responsible for any damage during return shipping.

E. No Returns After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after the 30-day window.

F. Damaged Item Upon Arrival

  1. Minor Damage: If the damage is minor and doesn't affect the product's performance, we will issue a partial refund to compensate.
  2. Easy Fix: If the damage can be easily fixed, we will send replacement parts along with instructions and provide a partial refund for the inconvenience.
  3. Major Damage: If the item is not functioning as intended, we will replace it as a last resort due to high shipping costs. We will consider other solutions first.

2. Klarna Payment Policy (Special Conditions)

The following conditions apply only to purchases made using Klarna.
All other payment methods remain subject to the standard policy outlined above.

A. Right to Withdraw (14 Days – Klarna Purchases)

Customers who complete purchases using Klarna have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund with free return shipping, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned for sanitary and product integrity reasons

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

B. Klarna Refund Processing

For Klarna purchases:

  • Restocking fees do not apply

  • Credit or exchanges are not applicable

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

C. Services Purchased via Klarna

For purchases involving services paid through Klarna, customers may exercise their right to withdraw within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the service has not yet been fully performed.

Once a service has been completed or fully delivered, the right to withdraw may no longer apply.

For Klarna service cancellations:

  • Rebooking fees do not apply

  • Credit or exchanges are not applicable

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.


3. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. If additional inspection is needed, the process may take up to 40 days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.


4. Preventing Unnecessary Cancellations

Many issues can be resolved without a return. Check our Help Centre or email us at info@enwoltbikes.com before cancelling your order — we may be able to fix the problem, allow you to keep your order, and save you the hassle of return costs.


5. Order Verification

We can only process cancellations for orders placed directly on our distributor website (indicated by a four-digit order number). If your purchase was made through a third-party seller (such as a marketplace or a different website), please get in touch with the seller directly. The best practice is to reply to your Order Confirmation email.
